Mergers & Acquisitions – MEP Closes Acquisition of Richer Poorer, Inc.

Acted for Shoes.com Technologies Inc. in its acquisition, by way of a series of mergers, of all of the outstanding shares of Richer Poorer, Inc. Richer Poorer, Inc., based in California, is a seller of socks, undergarments and other apparel. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. MEP’s team included: Andrew Hennigar, Emmanuelle Frederic-Popa, and Jesse Ahuja.
