Shahrouz has a business law practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate commercial matters. He works closely with clients throughout all stages of transactions and contract negotiations. Shahrouz takes a measured approach to advancing his client’s interests efficiently and delivering practical solutions. Prior to joining MEP Business Counsel, Shahrouz worked at a national law firm, and began his legal career as a corporate paralegal.
