Mr. Waller brings a wealth of expertise in animation, film and television, as well as merchandising and licensing, all of which provide an exceptional complement to an award winning entertainment law practice at MEP under the helm of Arthur Evrensel.

Initially admitted to practice in Ontario (2002) and qualified in BC (2006), Mr. Waller has extensive and significant experience in private practice, and more recently as General Counsel, having spent time at Bell Canada, Nerd Corps Entertainment, and most recently as senior counsel at DHX Media. This wealth of experience, has allowed Mr. Waller to develop singular competencies, and to hone his legal skills with practical business insights. His strong grounding in intellectual property law allows him to provide advice uniquely suited to creator and creative driven businesses.
