Acted for Thunderbird Films Inc. (Thunderbird) in its acquisition, indirectly, of all of the outstanding shares of Great Pacific Media Inc. and GPM-Music Publishing Ltd. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The acquisition complements Thunderbird’s acquisition of Soda Pictures Limited, announced September 5, 2014.
