Acted for Travelers Capital Corporation, as loan agent and security agent, and the Lenders in connection with the a $61.4 million non-recourse project financing for a 28MW wind project in Nova Scotia for ScotianWEB Limited Partnership, a partnership between Scotian Wind Inc., Scotianweb WindFields Inc. and WEB Wind Energy North America Inc. The project consists of 8 separate wind facilities that will sell 100% of their output to Nova Scotia Power Inc. under 20 year power purchase agreements.
