Adrienne Adams is an Associate in the Business Law Group at MEP Business Counsel and assists clients with both the sale and acquisition of privately owned companies in a range of industries. As part of her practice, Adrienne advises clients on everyday corporate and commercial matters, including corporate restructuring, governance, commercial agreements and various shareholder matters.

Adrienne assists business owners with achieving the next steps of their corporate journey, whether that is to execute a succession plan or continue their company’s growth through capital raising activities or acquisitions.

Adrienne holds a law degree from the University of Victoria and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria. Prior to joining MEP Business Counsel, Adrienne practiced at one of Western Canada’s leading business law firm with a focus on private company transactions, business succession and charities and not-for-profits.

Beyond the office, Adrienne thrives on adventure, exploring new destinations, camping around BC, scuba diving into underwater worlds and hitting the greens for a friendly round of golf with her family.
