Aisha Tung is an Associate at MEP Business Counsel. Her practice is focused primarily on corporate, commercial, securities and transactional matters, with a particular emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, capital markets and corporate reorganizations. Aisha advises clients across various industries on complex transactions and regulatory compliance. Her expertise spans both public and private company matters, and she works closely with clients on structuring and executing acquisitions, arrangements, public offerings, private placements, and joint ventures. With extensive experience in handling multi-jurisdictional transactions, she works closely with clients to ensure seamless execution of cross-border deals.

Prior to joining MEP Business Counsel, Aisha practiced in the Vancouver office of a leading international law firm. Aisha holds a law degree from the University of Calgary and is an active member of the British Columbia Bar.

In Aisha’s spare time, you will find her travelling around the world, playing a round of golf around the Lower Mainland, or enjoying time with her friends and family.
