Cassie is a corporate paralegal in our Corporate Services Department. Prior to joining MEP, she worked at a national firm, starting as a corporate clerk in 2018 and later being promoted to a corporate paralegal.

Cassie has experience with a wide range of corporate matters, including incorporations and organizations, amalgamations, dissolutions, restorations, continuations, minute book reviews and corporate reorganizations. Cassie also has transactional experience, supporting our M&A practice.

In her spare time, you can find Cassie annotating a book at her favourite coffee shop or out enjoying the slopes on one of Vancouver’s many bluebird days.
