Claire Robertson is an Associate with MEP Business Counsel with a practice focusing on entertainment, media, and business law. She assists clients in the development, production, financing, and distribution of live action and animated film and television productions. Claire has experience working on multi-jurisdictional M&A, corporate finance, capital markets, and entertainment transactions.

Prior to joining MEP Business Counsel, Claire worked in the entertainment industry as both a film actor and business owner. Her business provided theatrical and vocalist performers at events in the Greater Vancouver Area. While completing her JD with a concentration in business law at the Peter A. Allard School of Law, Claire volunteered with the Artists Legal Outreach Clinic, a non-profit initiative helping local artists obtain pro-bono legal advice.

In her spare time, Claire enjoys concerts, live theatre, going to the movies, and time spent with her dachshund puppy Penelope.
