Julia has ten years of paralegal and legal assistant experience supporting lawyers and clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters in both Canada and Australia. Her experience includes M&A, corporate governance, corporate reorganizations, banking and finance, real estate, and ongoing corporate maintenance.

Before joining MEP, Julia worked with leading international and regional law firms, where she assisted on domestic and cross-border transactions for private companies and multinational organizations. Her international experience enables her to approach matters with both precision and a practical understanding of clients’ commercial objectives.

Julia earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney and will complete her articles with MEP.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys exploring the outdoors and travelling.
