Kathleen is the Director of Operations & Talent at MEP Business Counsel.  Kathleen has spent her career in the legal industry at both local and national firms, and her experience spans Human Resources, Strategic Planning, Learning and Development, Operations and Facilities, Project and Change Management, Technology, and Accounting/Finance.  Kathleen is focused on overall leadership and day-to-day management for the firm including strategic and long term planning, engaging and developing our team through one-on-one support and intentional training, and implementing operational efficiencies and process improvements.

Kathleen holds her Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation and is working toward her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.

In her spare time, Kathleen admires the scenery while riding her motorcycle and practices her technique at the archery range.
