Kylie Patterson is a corporate paralegal in our Corporate Services Department. Kylie has been working in the corporate legal field since 2004. She graduated from Capilano University with her Legal Administrative Assistant certificate as well as Vancouver Community College with her Paralegal certificate. She has previously worked with firms varying from the boutique to national range.

Kylie is experienced in all aspects of corporate and commercial matters ranging from incorporations, extra-provincial registrations, dividend declarations, business name, partnership and limited partnership registrations, annual maintenance and name changes to more complex share transactions, dissolutions, continuances, reorganizations, amalgamations, and restorations.

Kylie in a nutshell can be described as an “introverted extrovert”. She enjoys staying home to work on a challenging jigsaw puzzle but cannot resist the night markets to sample a variety of delicious treats from the food vendors.

Kylie is inspired by her husband’s glass half full outlook on life and by her daughter’s indomitable spirit.
