Maggie Lee is an Associate in the Business Law Group at MEP Business Counsel. She assists clients with a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, as well as M&A transactions. Her practice includes advising on matters across the full business life cycle to clients in various industries, including the formation and structuring of corporate entities, capital-raising transactions, corporate governance, day-to-day commercial matters, and extraordinary transactions.

Prior to joining MEP Business Counsel, Maggie practiced at a leading full-service law firm in Vancouver, where she maintained a diverse corporate/commercial and wills and estates practice. Her combined background allows her to take a practical and holistic approach to advising clients.

Outside of work, Maggie enjoys travelling, trying new restaurants, and getting her hands dirty at the pottery wheel.
