Emmanuelle joins the firm after having practiced at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in Calgary. Her practice is primarily focused on mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and securities.
Emmanuelle advises public and private companies in Canadian and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, financings, securities offerings and regulatory compliance. She also routinely assists clients with commercial business structuring and corporate governance issues.

Prior to practicing law, Emmanuelle was an Information Technology project manager at a multi-national company and has experience in the consumer, medical devices and pharmaceutical industries. She attended law school at the University of British Columbia after completing her business degree at Concordia University.
