Michael’s practice is primarily focused on mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance.  He also brings valuable experience in energy/infrastructure, particularly in the area of renewable energy, securities and general corporate/commercial matters. Michael advises public and private companies and underwriters in Canadian and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, financings, securities offerings and regulatory compliance.
